Copyright and takedown policy

Wallspapers respects the rights of photographers and creators. We publish only images that we believe are in the public domain, openly licensed or used with permission. Sources do sometimes make mistakes, and so do we. If you believe an image infringes your rights, we want to know.

How to report an image

Send a notice to alsraiyagroup.com5@gmail.com or use the contact form. Include:

  • The URL of the wallpaper page on Wallspapers.
  • A description of the copyrighted work, and a link to where it is originally published if possible.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We acknowledge every notice within 48 hours. While we review it, the image is unpublished. If the claim is valid, the image and all its resized versions are permanently deleted. We may forward the notice to the person or archive that supplied the licence information.

Counter-notice

If you believe an image was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, the URL of the removed item, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.

Repeat issues

If a source or contributor repeatedly supplies images with incorrect licences, we stop importing from it.
